Referred individual agrees to indemnify and hold EHF (it’s agents, employees, successors, heirs and assigns) harmless against any claims, demands or lawsuits (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) resulting from any misconduct by the referred resident once resident has entered the Facility.

EHF strongly recommends that referred Individuals conduct their due diligence in regard to any potential Facility referred by EHF.

REFERRED INDIVIDUALS SHALL DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THE CHOSEN FACILITY WITH REGARD TO ANY AND ALL SERVICES FACILITY PROVIDES TO REFERRED INDIVIDUAL EITHER VERBALLY OR CONTRACTUALLY. REFERRED INDIVIDUAL ACKNOWLEDGES THAT EHF IS IN NO WAY A PARTY TO ANY NEGOTIATIONS OR AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES, NOR IS EHF IN ANY WAY PROVIDING ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICES THAN PROVIDED FOR UNDER THIS DISCLAIMER.

EHF is not responsible for any refunds and/or any other claims any Referred Individual might have after admittance to said Facility.
